Acceptable Use Policy

You may not do any of the following in connection with your use of the AI-powered business operations platform Doogia and any tools, features, and functionality offered on or through it (collectively, the "Services"), unless applicable laws or regulations prohibit these restrictions:

• Violate any law, regulation, or rights of a third party, or bypass third-party platform restrictions.
• Create deceptive, misleading, or harmful content, including deepfakes or impersonations.
• Submit, transmit, display, post, generate, or store any content that is unlawful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or that incites, organizes, promotes, or facilitates violence or criminal activity.
• Use the Services, the content you provide to or receive from the Services ("Your Outputs"), or any action the Services take at your direction or under approvals, permissions, schedules, credentials, integrations, or settings that you enable ("Agentic Actions") in high-risk contexts, or to make or materially influence decisions that affect a person's legal rights, financial circumstances, employment, housing, healthcare, insurance, education, credit, or access to essential services, without qualified and vigilant human oversight, including verification of Your Outputs and Agentic Actions.
• Send spam, run abusive automation, or perform unauthorized scraping, or use communication features in violation of CAN-SPAM or other applicable anti-spam laws.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the Services' approval mechanisms, or any access controls, CAPTCHAs, login protections, or other security measures of third-party websites.
• Exceed or attempt to circumvent Doogia or third-party platform rate limits, caps, or usage quotas.
• Download, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, or create derivative works from the Services, except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service (the "Terms").
• Duplicate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decode the Services (including any underlying idea or algorithm), or attempt to do any of the same.
• Access or use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, disrupt, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's access to or use of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Services, accounts registered to other users, or the computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automatic device, process, software, or queries that intercepts, mines, scrapes, extracts, or otherwise accesses the Services to monitor, extract, copy, or collect information or data from or through the Services, or engage in any manual process to do the same.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful into our systems.
• Access or use the Services in any way not expressly permitted by the Terms.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn you, pause specific agents, or suspend or terminate your account. Where practical we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it; for violations involving harm to others or the law, we may act immediately.
